Not much is known on this build other than the few screenshots found in the released versions manual. Not even the build number is known, so as there is a few before v1.0 and this is earlier than v0.94 we'll label this one v0.9Xa for now.

The backgrounds for all the menus are still using the checkered flag background, rather than the different backgrounds found in later builds.
The players car has been updated slightly, still #0 at this stage, but the colors are slightly different to the Beta version. The car shape overall is still the same as the Beta version, but has improvements to the driver, interior and now has updated NASCAR wheels.

The replay now has the buttons at the bottom of the screen. There is an extra one not found in v1.0, it appears it may have something to do with time, whether that's lap times or replay time is unknown.
The garage is still somewhat similar to the Beta version but now is functional.
