This is an early build of NASCAR Racing. Many features are absent.
Championship Season, Preseason Testing and the Options Menu are absent and those options on the Main Menu do nothing.
Single Race will take you to the tracks menu, four are in this particular build:
Bristol, Loudon, Michigan and Phoenix.
Once you've selected a track, the single race menu has few options that work.
Replay works, but the buttons on later builds are missing here, you have to rely on keyboard shortcuts.
You can go to the Garage, but no settings can be changed as yet.
Drive takes you to the track during a practice session. All the AI cars are already circulating, taking odd lines around the track and a constant speed. The cockpit is slightly different to v1.0 and the rear view mirror is not functional at this point.
Both outside views are also slightly different to v1.0.
The Next Session, Standings and  Save/Load buttons don't do anything here either.

You can go to the Driver Info section to view the ten cars available in this build. Info for the drivers is limited to Name and hometown only.
Some cars are early versions of the ones released in v1.0. Others are unique to this build.
Interestingly, by going through the CARS.DAT file there are seven MIP files not associated with any cars in this build, five of which are early takes on cars in later builds. But even more notably three of them were never included in any build at all:
#3 Goodwrench Lumina - Dale Earnhardt
#10 Tide Thunderbird - Ricky Rudd
#43 STP Grand Prix - Wally Dallenbach Jr.

The players car in this build is number 0 with an early version of the Team NASCAR paint scheme.
The cars shape overall is slightly different to the released version. The bumpers appear smaller and blockier and interior is slightly different including the driver.
The wheel textures on all cars seem to be taken directly from Indycar Racing at this stage.

While the button for Multiplayer does work and take you to the Multiplayer menu, nothing from there works. The heading on the page reads Temporary and no options are functional at this point.
